When communities grow, their needs grow with them. But right now, families are feeling the squeeze. That's why the most important work ahead is the simplest.

Getting back to basics. Getting back to basics means protecting your hard-earned money. It means capping property taxes at the rate of inflation so City Hall stops outspending your household budget.

It means focusing every tax dollar on the essentials you actually count on. The safe roads, the dependable services, and the well-maintained public spaces that seniors and young families expect from the place they call home.

Strong communities aren't built on slogans. They're built on a solid foundation. By capping taxes and prioritizing the fundamentals, we ensure Delta remains affordable today and sturdy enough for the next generation tomorrow.

It's time to focus on what matters. It's time to get back to basics. And it's time for One Delta.
